Account Deletion Request

App TRUE — Inventure Life S.r.l.

Pursuant to Art. 17 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), you have the right to request the deletion of your account and personal data from the TRUE App at any time.

How to Request Deletion

Send an e-mail to privacy@truevent.eu including:

Subject: Account Deletion App TRUE
Your first and last name
The e-mail address you use to access the App
The TRUE Events edition you attended (optional)

You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt within 24 hours. Deletion will be completed within 30 days.

What Is Deleted

Login credentials (e-mail and encrypted password)
Profile data (photo, travel information, accommodation)
Visibility preferences in the Directory
Consents previously given within the App

What Cannot Be Deleted Immediately

Contractual and fiscal data (first name, last name, billing details) must be retained for 10 years as required by law pursuant to Art. 2220 of the Italian Civil Code and Presidential Decree 633/72. Such data will not be used for purposes other than tax and accounting obligations.

Other Available Rights

In addition to deletion, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, restriction, portability and objection to processing (Arts. 15–22 GDPR) by writing to privacy@truevent.eu.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority: www.garanteprivacy.it
