Terms and Conditions of Use — App TRUE

Version 1.0 — March 2026 — Inventure Life S.r.l.

By using the TRUE App you declare that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions. The App is reserved exclusively for pre-authorised participants of TRUE Events.

1. Scope of Service

The TRUE App is a support tool for participants in events organised by Inventure Life S.r.l. It provides information on the agenda, logistics and networking among accredited participants.

2. Access and Credentials

Access is reserved exclusively for users pre-authorised by Inventure Life S.r.l. The user is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and undertakes not to share them with third parties. In the event of loss or compromise, please write to info@truevent.eu.

3. Content Moderation

Users may update their professional details, profile photo and contact information. Inventure Life S.r.l. reserves the right to approve or reject such changes before they become visible in the Directory, in order to maintain the integrity and professional standards of the community.

4. Proper Use of Data

Data contained in the Directory and participant lists may be used exclusively for networking purposes within the scope of the event. The following are expressly prohibited:

Using the data to send unsolicited commercial communications (spam)
Transferring or sharing the data with third parties not participating in the event
Extracting, copying or reselling data from the lists

Any violation constitutes a breach of contract and may give rise to liability under the GDPR and Legislative Decree 196/2003.

5. Limitation of Liability

Inventure Life S.r.l. undertakes to keep the App operational during the event, but accepts no responsibility for: delays by transport carriers, inaccuracies in data provided by the user or third parties, service interruptions due to force majeure.

6. Duration and Deactivation

Access to the App will be deactivated within 1 month of the conclusion of the event. Personal data will be removed or made inaccessible within the same period, subject to any retention obligations required by law.

7. Privacy

The processing of personal data is governed by the App's Privacy Policy: www.truevent.eu/docs/privacy-policy-app

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Exclusive jurisdiction: Court of Rome.
