1. Description of the Application

The "TRUE" mobile application is a support tool dedicated exclusively to pre-authorised participants of TRUE Events organised by Inventure Life S.r.l. The App is not available to the general public. Access is reserved for Exhibitors, Buyers, Partners, Guests and Media who have signed a participation agreement and received credentials from the organisation.

2. Data Collected and Purposes

2.1 Authentication Data

2.2 "Profile" Section — visible only to the user and Staff

First name, last name, company name, job title, profile picture

Accommodation information (property, check-in, check-out)

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of a contract. Retention: 1 month after the end of the event.

Profile changes are subject to Staff approval before becoming visible to other users, in order to ensure community integrity.

2.3 "Directory" Section — visible to other participants with consent

The user independently chooses which data to make visible (listing presence, phone number, e-mail). Each choice constitutes a separate consent and may be revoked at any time from within the App.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent. Retention: until the end of the event or until revocation.

2.4 "File" Section — participant lists

This section contains the Buyers and Exhibitors lists (name, company, role, e-mail). Inclusion is based on the participation agreement, prior to App access. Data is accessible only to authenticated users of the event.

3. Data Not Collected

The TRUE App does not collect: geolocation data, biometric data, health-related data through the App (dietary intolerances are collected separately outside the App with explicit consent), browsing or behavioural data, device address book contacts.

OVHcloud SAS (France, EU) — event database and file server
Retool Inc. (USA) — event management platform (SCCs applicable)
Brevo SAS (France, EU) — transactional e-mails
Apple Inc. / Google LLC (USA) — App distribution (SCCs applicable)
